HELLO potato shed loving zillionaires!!

We had some awesome homes last week - let’s check them out!!!

FIRST - this isn’t a joke - the world’s wealthiest dog, Gunther IV, worth half a billion dollars, is selling his home that used to be owned by Madonna. $31,750,000. Miami, FL. 9 bd, 9 ba. 7,947 sq ft. Read about it here.

This Macon, GA home has “The largest private Chinese garden and the largest residential fountain system in the United States”. $2,500,000. 5 bd, 6 ba. 16,900 sf. 15+ acres.

We also saw the most expensive home on Zillow right now. You can buy it for $125,000,000 as is, or for $210,000,000 which includes an additional 18,000 square feet of interior space. The island was man-made in the 1930s. $210,000,000. Palm Beach, FL. 11 bd, 21 ba. 12,321 sf

Here’s what it currently looks like that’s available for $125,000,000.

Seen in the foreground, private Tarpon Island in Palm Beach is on the market for $210 million, which includes a major renovation-and-expansion project to the house, or for $125 million as is.

And this is what it looks like if you want the full build out. IMO at this price range you might as well buy it as is and just do whatever you want to it and add your own flavor.

FINALLY, we saw this wild home that goes by “The Sun Valley Starship” and I am pretty sure its zombie proof. You know a home is special if it has it has a name. $5,950,000. Bellevue, ID. 5 bd, 5 ba. 12,550 sf.
