This House May Be Haunted
Stay to the end to see which "Stranger Things" home is on the market.
Hey Zillionaires! Or do you prefer to be known as the ZGW HOA Presidents? Or Both??
Sit back and buckle up because we have seen some amazingly wild homes since the last time we saw each other. If you don’t believe me you’ll just have to see for yourself!!
1. There is (was?) a mansion on the auction block this week in Cincinatti that is not only amazing but also MAYBE? haunted but also nearly 7,000 square feet. The auction started at only $250k. Which makes me wonder, should we all move to Cincinnati?Cincinnati, OH. Auction Starts at $250k. 7 bd, 5 ba. 6,983 sq ft. Listing
The original owner was a 19th century lumber baron so the woodwork is incredible.
The house is worth $250,000 alone for the cutie gnomes that are holding up the roof.
The benches around the fireplace are super cool too? This may be better than a conversation pit. What do you think?
2. Doc, Grumpy, Bashful, Sleepy, Happy, Sneezy and Dopey have decided it's time to get their own places. PS if this home isn’t in the next Pixar film… we’ll they’ve made a huge mistake!!!
Jefferson, NY. 4 beds 5 baths 4,200 sqft on 171 acres of land! $1,975,000. Listing
3. Breaking News: Dinosaurs are not extinct! They are safe behind the gates of the Jurassic Retreat in Washington. And yes the dinosaurs are motion controlled. Washougal, WA. 3 bd, 2 ba. 2,166 sq ft. $1,299,000. Listing.
Clever Girl!
When Jurassic Park is life, coming home to the T-Rex greeting you at the door is the only acceptable way to come home.
4. The moment we’ve all been waiting for. The Creel House from Stranger Things is FOR SALE! Why there are no pics of the attic? Our guess is Venca is still up there!! Rome, GA, 7 bd, 7 ba. 6,000 sq ft. $1,500,000. Listing
Every home should have something I call a Sh*t table. Which is in the entry and a spot for you to put your keys/wallet/airpods on so you don’t lose them when you come home.
The floors, my god the floors. I didn’t know floors could be so nice? I’d sleep on them.
This is the first time we’ve ever seen a Victorian home with an actual nice kitchen? Why do they always have really bad kitchens?? Did Victoria not like to cook?
Which home was your favorite? Did we miss any? Let us know in the comments!

I’ve been thinking about starting a Patreon where I’d actually travel to and visit the homes we see. Is that something you would be interested in supporting?
Fun fact - that benches around the fireplace arrangement is called an inglenook.
The home with the dinosaurs would be cool, kids would love it.
